Hey Tammy – Just looking for a training plan. I have raced an aqua bike twice and loved it but would like to train a bit more in an organized way. Do you have a general plan to follow?

I’ve provided a description of how to put a beginner’s plan in this blog. I’m working on an expanded workbook version that I am hoping to publish soon. It’s a step by step guidebook that gets you to stay connected to your Aquabike training goals in a way that suits you and your life.
